Essential condition for selling the Objects: after transfer of the right to the Objects, the Seller and the Buyer conclude a lease agreement with a total area of 342.1 sq.m. (basement of 16 sq.m.; 1st floor of 326.1 sq.m.) for a period of at least 10 years with the possibility of early termination at the request of the Lessee. The rent rate is not more: for basement premises of 536.90 rub./sq.m./year, for 1st floor premises of 737.08 rub./sq.m./year (including VAT or VAT is not taxed, depending on the taxation system of the Lessor).
